1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NovaCircle, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the App

NovaCircle provides users with access to features such as rewards, offers, referrals, learning resources, wallet functionality, memberships, and other services available within the application. You agree to use the application responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You should not share your password or account credentials with others. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Virtual Credits and Rewards

Some NovaCircle features may use virtual credits, points, rewards, or other in-app values. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual credits and in-app rewards are not automatically equivalent to real-world currency. Users must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, duplicate, or abuse the reward system.

5. Referrals and Promotions

Referral programs, promotional offers, rewards, and campaigns may be subject to additional rules or eligibility requirements. NovaCircle may change, suspend, or discontinue promotional programs when necessary.

6. Membership

NovaCircle may offer different membership levels or plans. Membership features, benefits, prices, and availability may change from time to time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not: • Attempt to hack or interfere with the application. • Create fraudulent accounts. • Manipulate rewards, referrals, tickets, or virtual credits. • Use automated systems to abuse the service. • Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content. • Attempt to access another user's account. • Misuse NovaCircle features.

8. Service Availability

NovaCircle aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the service.

9. Changes to the Service

Nova Studio may update, modify, add, or remove features from NovaCircle at any time.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Nova Studio may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or abuse the application.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nova Studio is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the application, unauthorized access resulting from the user's actions, technical interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
